START WITH A QUESTION
Web width is the material width the machine can accept. Print width is the image area available across that material. Check the repeat length separately, together with gaps, marks and finishing tools.
Read the full guide ↗Start with material width, usable print area and your label layout, then confirm repeat, colors and finishing. HCF350 and HCF450 accept different material widths; the current configuration must be checked before committing to a print layout.
Compare the HCF models ↗No. Compare preparation, tooling, job changes, sustained output and finishing on representative orders. Digital and full-rotary processes can also be relevant, depending on the job mix.
Read the full guide ↗Cycles/min counts printing cycles. M/min describes net material output. Their relationship depends on print repeat and web motion, so ask for output at your own repeat and process conditions.
See how intermittent printing works ↗Start with material, web width, label layout, colors, typical order length, finishing and installation country. Ask for an itemized scope so equipment, tooling and service are compared consistently.
Read the full guide ↗Film suitability depends on the material construction, thickness, tension, inks and curing/cooling configuration. Share the actual material and application for a technical review; do not rely on a universal minimum-thickness claim.
